Great Sign
The weather was so springlike there were butterflies at my house,
sprinklers going all over and
lots of yard sales. I like these signs best.

Lawrence was described Monday by her parents and friends as a gentle woman, happy, devoted to her family, and who had a learning disability.
Marko is a mortarman in Charlie Company, 3rd Squadron, 61st Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team of the 4th Infantry Division.
He becomes the eighth soldier from the 4th BCT suspected in a local homicide.
Marko joined the Army in June 2006 and arrived at Fort Carson four months later.
He was deployed from January 2007 to February 2008 in the Rashid neighborhood of Baghdad, where his unit took some of the heaviest casualties of any Fort Carson unit in Iraq.
"Preliminary indications are that this person is" Lawrence, the sheriff's office said in a news release about the body that was found.

Last Gasp?
“I had a rental on the market for $11,500 a month. On Monday, we got an offer for $8,500, which we countered with $9,500. They came back with $8,000,” she said. “I told them they were going the wrong way but they said, because of what was happening in the financial markets, this is our new offer. And guess what? The owner accepted it.”
With the financial crisis vividly in evidence, the mood on Tryon Street was palpably glum. ...... In Raleigh, executives at RBC Bank canceled the parachuters that were supposed to appear at the grand opening of its new headquarters, saying it was not an appropriate time to have people jumping off a bank building.
